Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and gift box to ensure it stays protected during transit back to our studio.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
